I am really enjoying Animation Creator HD app I got on my iPad, I recently bought stylus pen to get as much out of it I can. You get to draw directly on screen with onion skinning, layering, undo and more - it really got me into hand drawn animation, I really love that excitement when you start with an image in your head, draw the first frame and just try to explore what happens frame after frame from there.
